Superlight Steel Frame Pod
Structure
The Superlight pod features a galvanized steel frame made of lightweight cross sections and 60 mm upright columns. Assembled mechanically without welding, it offers strength, precision, and reduced weight — ideal for high-rise applications. Internal walls are lined with 15 mm Fermacell panels, while external walls are prepared for Rockwool insulation and plasterboard finishing. Openings for doors, windows, and service connections follow project specifications.
Installation
The frame functions as a non-load-bearing enclosure. The pod may use either a 1,750 kg/m³ lightweight concrete base or a 12 mm structural panel on a foam mat. Each unit must rest on 12 mm rubber pads at the bottom corners to ensure even support and to prevent any direct contact with the building slab.

Efficient Living,
Thoughtfully Made
Our kitchen pods are fully equipped, factory-assembled modules ready for efficient on-site installation.
By shifting production off site, we reduce construction time, waste, and disruption while delivering reliable, hygienic, and visually cohesive kitchen environments.
Precision &
Quality Control

Factory fabrication ensures exact alignment, finish consistency, and compliance with mechanical and plumbing standards. Each pod is inspected through a multi stage quality process before delivery.
Faster
Construction

Preassembled units minimize on site labor and coordination, enabling faster handovers and predictable schedules especially for large developments.
Sustainable &
Cost-Effective

Eco West kitchen pods integrate eco certified materials and water saving fixtures, cutting waste and energy consumption while lowering lifecycle costs for developers and operators.

Built for a Sustainable Future
Designed for efficient delivery and long-term use, our kitchen pods help reduce on-site waste, improve coordination, and support more consistent project outcomes.
We use durable, thoughtfully selected materials and factory-controlled production to create kitchen environments that balance performance, finish quality, and practical long-term value.
Process
Every kitchen pod project moves through a clear and coordinated process — from early planning and layout review to production, delivery, and final installation. This helps reduce site complexity, improve consistency, and keep the project moving with confidence.
